Where We Buy Things

All food is made from ingredients, and most ingredients come from shops. It's way more interesting buying food from people who know and care about what they're selling, so the lack of links to big box supermarkets should come as no surprise to you:

Bookhams of Sussex: their Not Just A Pasta Cheese is a damn fine vegetarian parmesan.
H G Walter - Excellent award-winning organic butchers in West London.  Will get you sweetbreads in quantities less than 2.5kg.

Natoora - As recommended by both Theo Randall and Jacob Kenedy.  They sent me limes instead of Amalfi lemons, but they still sell some really nice stuff.

Robson's Butcher and Deli - Ed's local butcher.
